RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES
- This service has been tailored to meet the intentions of the SANS 10400 :T, SANS 10400:W, National Building Regulations , other relevant SANS Codes of Practice, Occupational Health and Safety Act and the risk assessment component of a company’s safety management programme (focussed on Life and/ or Assets protection)
- Full workplace fire risk assessments take into consideration life and property risks and include assigning a risk category to each assessment area, and a review of the fire safety measures in place, this includes a review of the fire safety policies, procedures and records on a sample basis
- Limited scope of risk assessments are also undertaken for specific risks or focus areas such as means of escape, storage and use of flammable liquids and gasses, adequacy of portable fire equipment, passive fire protection measures and fire detection, alarm and suppression systems and fixed fire systems
- A unique reporting system is used which includes provision for managing the implementation of risk improvement recommendations. Reports can be tailored to meet client’s specific needs where necessary
